Community Week Fit Camp

A Free Week of Classes to get YOU motivated! April 15th - 22nd

At Sweat More Fitness Studio, we believe that everyone deserves to feel strong, healthy, and happy. That's why we're excited to offer our free Community Week Fit Camp every quarter. Join us for a week of inspiration, motivation, and sweat, as we come together as a community to get moving and feel great. Our experienced fitness instructors are here to guide and support you every step of the way, no matter your fitness level. Let's sweat and smile together!

What to expect

We provide a unique fitness experience that promotes well-being and a sense of community. We offer a variety of classes that cater to different fitness levels, from beginner to advanced. During our Community Week Fit Camp, you will have access to:

  • Unlimited FREE classes

  • FREE wellness assessment to help you assess your overall health.

  • 45-minute nutrition class with a registered Dietitian to help you make smart food choices.  

  • 90-day challenge informational and sign-up session to help you get started with your journey to fitness.

  • The Sweat More Social to connect you with the community and those who have the same goals as you!
